Since I'm on the road...

Heading to Toronto today so what better picture than one from Canada. This is from the final show in Moncton...what a dump! The last image I took of the claw as we were trudging through the mud to leave...

#30 Friends!!

So U2 concerts are not only the best excuse to travel the world, but also to travel the world visiting all the friends I now have in different locales, or better yet...U2 concerts are great places to meet new friends. There's nothing better than falling in love with an attractive stranger for a few hours while both enjoying the emotional intensity and rush that comes from a U2 show. Marco, if you're out there. Thank you for making an enjoyable show even more enjoyable!

#29 You don't have to wear it on your sleeve...

I'm very open about my love of U2, but I don't have to wear it on my sleeve (or scalp). It's an intense kind of love that involves hair bleach and skunk references. I applaud his bravery but couldn't do it myself. I prefer a subtler kind of love...deep in my heart (and in my email address).

#28 Interaction...

Bono tells a secret to someone in the crowd. Love how much he cares about the fans...even if it wasn't my secret.

#27 Much competition...

It used to be cigarette lighters that people would be holding up during concerts. Now it's cell phones and digital cameras. There is literally a flash going off every five seconds. I understand why Bono has opted for the perma-shades. Everyone wants their shot at the big man. Including me.

#25 Mr. Adam Clayton...

Can't you just tell that he's the nicest rocker in the world? Just nothing but pure genuine kindness pulsing through his cool cool veins.
